Pulled pork for Father's Day

Rubbed a pork butt this morning and left in smoker all day. Kept adding maple wood chips. "It turned out really good". :D

It spent most of the time in the MES and then I got a fire going in the oki joe and moved the roast on indirect for added smoke.

Served with home made potato salad.

Mighty pretty butt you got there buddy! :emoji_laughing: Just the right size for a couple of folks w/o a ton of left overs. And that potato salad.....I could eat that by itself.

There are plenty of pockets on the apron and it does the job of protecting me. Gotta of course be stylin' at the grill donchaknow

Thanks. THe potatos were smoked yesterday when I made dinner and then tater salad had a chance to blend today.
