Been a couple of months since I’ve got the smoker out - been on a boring health kick in the house!

it’s a pulled pork day today though - got a few hours to go

That looks killer I'm a chopped hog guy as well.
Any reason to break out the cleaver, and you can count me in. I swear I think it makes taste better, and I love the bite you get with the chopped hog meat.

thanks I definitely agree, it’s a fun job chopping it up and i prefer the bite too.
