Well here it is, off the grill, pulled and vacuumed. Some small bags for friends laid low with COVID.

Some questions:
1. This was a 7lb butt and took 12hrs in the BGE (
[email protected] then tinfoil boat, then
[email protected]). This strikes me as a long time for this weight of meat - is it..?
2. My BGE ran out of fuel after 11 hours. Firebox was full at the start, but it was a lot of small bits from the bottom of the (BGE brand) lump bag. Is 11 hours a normal run time for a BGE?
