This was my second pulled ham. I used Meathead’s Memphis Dust Rub someone had mention that has no salt. Went to crawfish boil and ham was cooking faster than I had planned on so turned smoker down to 210. Worked out. Was about 165 went got home and foiled and finished in oven. Man is this stuff good! Gave most away to friends at river. Going to do some scallop potatoes today with ham.
