Well the weather was a bear today the wind just about killed my smoke but i put the smoker in the shed and it saved me.

Pulled chuckie taco's here's some pic's

All rubbed up With Jeff's rub.

wrapped rubbed and ready for the cooler

Out of the cooler and getting the temp up some before going on FLO

Thank god for the shed. worked out good the smoker drafted right out the sliding door.

Few hours in and looking good..

Off the smoker and done its rest getting ready to do some pulling

All pulled and ready for some chuckie taco's
