I’d be glad to make you one, I just got 5 more chuck roasts this evening, they were on sale for $6.49 a lb…still expensive, but better than normal!

Looks great! I have a hard time finding thick chuck roast like that here, most are thinner steaks. Maybe if I can ever get back to my house in NEPA I can find them maybe at Wies in Honesdale.
