Following thoughts ideas here, made some chuck roast, and pulled it. I’m thinking tacos for shabbas lunch

Chucky all tied up
Dry rubbed
On the smoker
Crutch opened
Pulled
Pulled, still.

Pulled chuck makes awesome tacos. And if you folks are soup kind of people the left overs are great for that too. B
