Saw this on the net and wanted to give it a try. Super easy, delicious and fun! Loaf of italian bread. Slice but not all the way through.I cut down middle too. In each slit goes pizza sauce, provolone, pecorino romano and pepperoni. Then stuff with more pepperoni! Super easy to customize as needed with other toppings and cheese, Coated with garlic butter and into 400 oven. Kids were very happy and so was I. Could be cooked in smoker/grill too. Lots of possibilities for this. Simple and easy!

Wow! I'm liking that! Did you use any sauce for dipping?
Thats what I'm thinking too! Marinara or a garlic butter dipping sauce and I could put that whole loaf away!
On a side note.... jmusser jmusser I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one with a dedicated counter cleaner. My wife jokes you could do surgery on our counters after I clean them.

We did not. Some garlic and butter on top. Woulda been a good addition on the side a well. This was pretty easy and dang tasty.

Wife is very particular with cleaning stuff. LOL. Usually a bleach/water then "Kitchen Counter Cleaner". I focus more on sanitize that beauty. Hahaha
