Proud Masterbuilt Smoker owner

Hey gang, I'm new to SMF. I'm out here in Palm Desert, Ca. Just used my new Masterbuilt Smoker. I converted it Nat gas and I'll tell ya, it's almost as sweet as the 13 lbs. of pork shoulder I smoked yesterday. Glad about SMF and all the tips. It helped me have reference points. Now I have questions of course. I hope to be a contributor. Thanks,
