Any one have any experience with this slicer? http://www.stoneberry.com/p/professional-series-meat-slicer/?keyword=MEN. Not sure who actually makes it.

My folks just told me they ordered it for me for my birthday. Guess I'm giving it a try when it gets here. I asked for some money to put towards a slicer and they went and ordered this one. Planning to use for roast beef and bacon a few times a month. I have read about freezing things before slicing to make it easier. I was planning on getting a chef's choice m615.
