Prime Rib

Smoked a 5lb Prime Rib this afternoon. Best I have ever had. Thanks to Jeff for the great recipe.

Yes, but I got this one out of his book.. I have used that book all summer long and cooked a great variety of great food. I know several on here contributed so thanks to all of you. And to the newbies, if you don't have it yet, go buy a copy. You won't regret it.
