Thanks all. I wish I could afford to buy these weekly. However, only get the chance a couple of times per year.
The taste was great!!! The Lawry's is just too easy. But, the taste has always been excellent so I'm not gonna fight it.
My youngest says he thought we should have done ribs. So, guess I know what the next smoke is gonna be. Thanks for the comments and take care, Greg
