As the title says we made a turkey dinner.

Here is the turkey breast seasoned with just salt and pepper. It was brined for 24hrs. BTW I removed the skin for this one

Looks very tasty. I'm also cooking bone-in breast for our celebration. Ballpark what was cooking time and temp?

I cooked just at 2hrs and ran between 250° and 260°. A little lower than I normally do and this is why I removed the skin because it would get a crisp as I want at that temp.

As we were plating up the Mrs said shoot I didn't make a gravy. I used the sauce from the bottom of the green bean casserole as my gravy.
