If my Instacure Prague Powder turns white, is it still good? I think it was pink when I bought it.

The pink is just tint so you dont confuse the cure with regular salt, its still good.

If it was left in the daylight it is possible that the dye has bleached. If you have seen physical changes in the cure since you have bought it then you really do not know what else has happened in the cure mixture. As cure is inexpensive and it is so important in the ensuring the safety of the food you are curing, I would bin it and buy a fresh batch.
