So I had time to practice a prime rib before Thanksgiving, I did this little beauty a 5 pounder.

I used a Montana Steak rub on the outside.

I cooked it for 4 hours at around 185°-195° and then when it reached around 110° I kicked up the heat to 235°, till it reached 118° IT and then reversed seared it.

As always Thanks for looking.

Thanks for looking everyone, but this isn't my first prime rib I have ever done, I was just doing a little practicing.
