Never done PR ribs before so here they are. Were very tasty all though maybe just a little over done but were very tender.

Not very much meat o the them.

My most go to season.

A little blue smoke. Smoked at 225 degrees.

About 3 hours into he smoke.

Forgot a photo of foil wrap (first time ever wrapped anything) Moved into house oven set at 230 degrees for about 3 hours maybe shoud have pulled at 2 hours.

My plate for sure a clean bone. The sweet potato is from my garden.

Gary S in Texas had 9 plants this what i got from 6 plants (2) photos. The fingerlings we boil and use to make pies.

I love to cook up some butternut squash. I usually do it in the oven, but I think this year it will be on the grill. I told my lovely wifey this weekend will be BBQ. She said that's good so (raises hand in victory) it will. woohoo! I'll probably smoke a turkey too. Thanks for the inspiration. Smoke on bro!
 
Yup we like them too just starting eating them. We have a friend that uses them to make pie like you would use pumpkin turned out real good when we tried it. We had some given to us last year and the seeds came up in my compost pile and I just let it grow and that's what I got.
