Never done PR ribs before so here they are. Were very tasty all though maybe just a little over done but were very tender.
Not very much meat o the them.
My most go to season.
A little blue smoke. Smoked at 225 degrees.
About 3 hours into he smoke.
Forgot a photo of foil wrap (first time ever wrapped anything) Moved into house oven set at 230 degrees for about 3 hours maybe shoud have pulled at 2 hours.
Out of oven ready to eat.
My plate for sure a clean bone. The sweet potato is from my garden.
Gary S in Texas had 9 plants this what i got from 6 plants (2) photos. The fingerlings we boil and use to make pies.
Some butter nut squash too.
