OK...My step-daughter's 22nd b'day party was today.  She asked me to cook....which I took as a great compliment. 

So, since I did a brisket last weekend, I thought I'd do pulled pork & spares this weekend.

Here's how it went:

Then I smoked them....Everything was going great....I was getting ready to un-foil the ribs.  The pork shoulder was at 151* IT and a thunderstorm hit.

I didn't get the thermo in time (storm came up really fast) and failed.  It wasn't reading any kind of temp correctly. I had to judge the IT of the butt using the "pull the bone" method.

All turned out really good.  The ribs were a touch over smoked in my opinion, but the partyers loved them.
