PP omelet w/bear view

Not going to have time to smoke anything this weekend but was craving some smokey goodness. Grabbed some pp out of the freezer and decided to make some breakfast. A tasty pp omelet with Colby jack cheese topped with some homemade BBQ sauce.

Yummy!! I did the same thing with a brisket the morning after. Saute some green pepper and onion, chopped some brisket, add some cheese.....BAM! Brisket omelet.
