PP lunch time

Took out some PP for sammies. Made up a batch of @chilerelleno's whoop a$$ coleslaw last night.
(My error, planned on a small batch but did cayenne for the full batch) ,did get some scooped back out but is a little warm for the wife yet. Oh well , I'll eat it . Darn good I think.
Toasted up a Ciabatta bun ( wish I could make these), PP, miracle whip, slice American cheese , topped with slaw, and a couple corn chips. Yum. . .

This is my Whup@$$ Coleslaw recipe. It has a nice tangy kick, a meeting in the middle, not mild but not HOT. You can make it any way you prefer. This recipe makes a very wet creamy slaw. I like it with a lot of sauce, adjust to your liking. 6c Cabbage sliced thin, i like to use Green and Red...
