I was looking for a side dish for my Not Huli Huli Wings and The Woman of My Dreams expressed a desire for potato wedges. Who am I to argue?

We are older so one large russet potato is lots. I cut it into 6 wedges lengthwise. I put some milk in a casserole and 75 ml/1/3 cup of flour with 1 teaspoon of lemon herb seasoning in another. I moistened the potatoes in the milk and coated them with the flour. I misted them with oil.

I put them in the Traeger heated to 200 C/400 F and cooked for 20 minutes.

I turned the potatoes and gave them another misting of oil and cooked for 20 minutes more.

I brought them in and served them up.

These were soft with a nice coating and flavour. Very nice!

Wings and wedges are something we like too.

Just the two of us so one package of wings and one large potato does it for us.
