I had some of my cousins from Canada come down this weekend for a visit. They don't have much in the way of BBQ where they live, so they are always looking to eat while they are down South. Here is the run down....

The ribs were the best I think that I've ever done. Great smoke, pull.....everything about them was awesome. My butt turned out a little weird...It had a tough part in it that didn't pull very well...I ended up throwing the tough part away....Everything else was good and my cousins loved it. Great weekend fun....

Smoked Sausage, wrapped in bacon, then filled with Cream cheese/cheddar mix with Jeff's original rub. He had an article come out a couple weeks back.
