Looks like a dead lock so far it's early. I went beef but still love some pork maybe it should be a three way challenge those cluckers are mighty tasty as well.

Love Smoked or Grilled Beef...But...When Pork Butt's are $1.49 per pound and Beef Brisket or Tri-Tip is $5.99/Lb...We eat Pork!...JJ

We like them both, but prices being what they are, pork gets cooked more.
Chicken is something we toss in once in a while for a change. No real flavor unless you jack the spices...

To me this is almost like asking me which of my sons is my favorite. :icon_eek: couldn't possibly choose one over the other...

Pork and beef equally for me!

Prime rib vs spare rib, brisket vs shoulder, chuck roast vs pork butt, beef tenderloin vs pork tenderloin...BEEF!  It's whats for dinner!

I like both equally, but in most cases I prefer one over the other.

For instance I prefer pork ribs over beef ribs, etc.

Equal for me here as well although currently I’m pretty porked out. Here in Mississippi pork is cheap and beef is rediculous so I smoke a lot more pig. Of course, seeing some of the beef prices posted here, I’m feeling pretty bad for you northern boys so i guess I should just quit complaining. I have some beef ribs to throw on the smoker today so that will be a nice change.

Like many of you gents I'll purchase whatever is cheaper that day, which is most often pork.  However, when Costco offers prime brisket for $2.59/pound, I stock up!  Not infrequently the price of pork will nearly reach, or exceed that cost, so it is whatever the mood strikes (and what is in the freezer)
