Used indirect on the kettle KBB with some Pistachio Shells
Kettle held @ 225°F
Used my new six probe
Didn't look good for awhile
Almost left the most important Trimmed Tenderloins
No rub ran out time to make more of Jeffs Rub
Yes it did Rain for those who are wondering
Took about 1-1/2 hr. to reach 144°F
The smaller one finished first so I pulled it
Let them rest while I made some Tatter cakes
Served with Broccoli,Tatter Cakes,home made Apple Pie filling.
Plus a stuffed Cherry Pepper
