Smoked a couple of 3.75# pork sirloin roasts today. Brand - Hormel. Sorry, forgot to get "before" QView. Injected one with broth, SPOG & brown sugar, then rubbed with Jeff's. Just rubbed the other with Jeff's. At smoker temp of +/-220* brought 'em up to IT of 145* in about 4 hrs. Smoked with 50/50 hickory & cherry. ] At IT 145* wrapped in foil, towels and into cooler for about 90 minute until dinner time. Result for both was very moist, tender with wonderful flavor. Couldn't tell any diff between injected and not injected. Next time I'll skip injection and do everything else the same. Here's some QView.
