Pork shoulder UDS

Was a 6 lb pork shoulder. Had it around 225° for roughly 5 1/2 hours.then when the internal temp hit around 175°, I cranked it up to 300° for a half hour. Smoked with mesquite chunks. Turned out great, I would have cooked it a lil longer but my kids were getting hungry lol.
