Pork shoulder and twice smoked ham

Doing dinner with family tonight, pork and ham were requested. I told them I could handle that. 10lb shoulder went on already, ham will go on a bit later as it's already spiral cut.

Should be a fun day!

Was in a hurry and didn't get finished pics. Then they served while I was taking a cruise in a 66 Mustang. No classy plated pics... Damned savages, don't they know? All in all a fun night of food family and games.
