Was hankering for some pulled pork so I fired up the Pitboss for a pork shoulder day. Trimmed a bit and hit it with some Blues Hogs Sweet and Savory and on it went. Normally I let shoulders and butts just ride but I wrapped today at the stall. It was probe tender at 205 and after a brief rest melted upon touch. We used it for quesadillas tonight. Hopefully nachos are on the menu tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by!
