Probably a good call . If they're not air frier ready ( dark coating ) , pan fry would be better .
Any thing that can be air fried , I use the grill plate and an air fry temp of 390 . Works really good with the 6 + 1 .

This is the German hunters gravy I have made several times and is very good. Goes great on any meat, tators or Spatzel. I also add a few dashes of either Maggie or Gravy master towards the end. I also have not added porcini mushroom powder and never missed it.
