I tried my hand at a nice pork roast.

First I gave it a nice layer of seasoning. I can't stand the amount of salt in most commercial seasonings so I started making my own.

I read the seasoning is soaking in when you can see liquid coming out. Is this right?

So, I put it in the smoker to keep it warm.

The internal temperature was a little low so I popped it in the cast iron and put it on the Weber for a turn.

Then it was time to plate it up!

The taste of success!

Looks Tasty, Elkhorn!!
Was it tender?
Do you know what the finished Internal Temp was?
