Tried B&B lump and this seasoning for the first time today. Once I got the vents set I didn't touch them the whole time. 6 hour cook and still have some charcoal to reuse. I really like the honey hot seasoning. Adds just a little bite.

Thanks guys. I have a lot of meat church seasonings. I don't add any wood chunks when using lump. I figure the lump is wood so I don't need to. This had a very smokey flavor. Not over powering thou
 
Look great! I got onto the honey hot last summer. Killer on ribs!
 
Thanks again everyone. I used to use Humphrey lump all the time but I can't seem to find it here anymore.
