Since the weather is finally nice and gathers is been easing up this I did some pork ribs.
Also I’m really excited because I finally learn to manage a clean smoke thru out the cooking

I love my yoder, specially that I'm able to maintain a clean smoke the taste is 1000 times better than before

Righteous looking ribs there my friend!
Most people trim them up to STL’s, but I like them whole too.
Some of the best meat is in that cartilage.

You are so right
I bought the STL’s once’s but it didn’t came out good. So I watched Aaron Franklin video on pork ribs and he used whole ribs, so I went to my local grocery store and they had the whole ribs on sale. Bought two of them and follow Aaron receipt to the teeth. And boy they came out sooo good.
