Boston butt, baby backs, and ABTs. Maintained temp between 250 and 275 for the butt and got it to 205 in about 10 hours (6 pounds). Injected with my own injection recipe. I think it's probably a mental thing, but I'm convinced injected is better. Used hickory chips.

2-2-1 for ribs. Used a combo of beer and apple juice in the foil, nice tender meat. Also injected the ribs. Not sure if it made a difference.

ABTs cooked for about 2.5 hours and then I crisped the bacon on the gas grill. Used fresh jalapenos from my garden.
 
Agree it looks like a fine smoke you had going on.
