Hey guys, notices a lot of juices flowing out of my pork after i remove from my tinfoil(2-2-1 method). Just seeing if anyone keeps the juices for later use and if so, what for??

Not here,I don't wrap my ribs unless there beef.

I don't wrap much anymore, if at all, but I used to save the drippings and then add a little at a time to my dog's dry food. He loved it!

A friend of mine uses the juice from ribs and from butts to make sauce with as well. Not sure what all he does, but it's good stuff.

If I foil, I usually just pour the foiling juice over the ribs when they are done.

I use a Foiling Juice. While the ribs finish, the contents of the foil gets boiled down to a glaze and the ribs get a couple coats of all that goodness...JJ
