What internal temp do you guys pull your pork tenderloins when smoking them? Have heard 155 but my digital thermometer says 170.

145* is minimum recommended now for USDA inspected pork. I go to upper 150's and let carry-over take it ~160* for med-well, which is slightly pink inside and very juicy. 170* is gonna start getting dried out.
