picked up a pork loin at costco last week ...so into the brine for 2 days . then rubbed for three hours and onto the smoke ...Came out great , succulent and tender ... cooked at 220 for three hours till internal temp hit 140, foiled and into the cooler ....Served up with some mushroom risotto...pics to follow 






 
Next time , only thing i woud do different is to throw on grill first to get a little crust going on all sides , then on to the smoker as before ....
