Had a nice chunk of pork loin thawed out, so I decided to make a roast.

I rinsed it, patted it dry, gave it a light coat of mustard and applied seasoning (Mine)
Browned it on the grill then sat it on top of the Veggies.
Cabbage, Onions, Carrots and apples and about a cup of water, seasoned the veggies with Tony's
Covered it with Foil and Placed it in a 225 degree oven for about 3 hours

That's a great looking roast and I love the apples!! I tend to use those on occasion also and it's always a big hit.
