SMOKE IT I just thought of it. No have you ever smoked one before?? I haven't either. But I have smoked a bunch of pork loins I rub them with a good rub maybe old bay rub is good (yes old bay makes a rub) Jeff's is a very good rub then there are some differant seasoning combonations here it the front page under rubs/marinades.
