For those in the area of a Cash & Carry they have Cushion meat on sale for $ 1.02lb and 80/20 ground beef for $ 2.04lb

the cushion makes outstanding smoked sammi meat once sliced.

Also great for leaner sausage and pulled pork. Not as juicy as the butt but if you are looking to cut calorie and fat it's a healthier alternative!

Exactly why we use so much of it for our sammi's. and you can not beat the price. you can always add fat should you want/need to.
