how long shouls i smoke 1 1/2 pork chops for in a electric wood smoker i have them in a basic brine salt sugar water

About 20 to 30 minutes on high heat. Serious, I find that smoking pork chops dries them out and I prefer to simply grill them on the charcoal grill.

Put a probe and pull at 145 on a low smoke. I done some a few weeks ago and they were fine.

Better off with a lite smoke than drying them out.

If your brined, do the best of both......smoke at your highest setting.
Smokey and juicy!
