Pork Chops stuffed with Italian Sausage

I bought these italian sausage stuffed pork chops at the local market. I always go by there to see what they have. Choice chops (which these aren't), chicken halves, great burgers always at a good price.

Add this to some smoked corn-on-the-cob and its a good meal, my wife liked it.
