Pork Chops (Air Fryer #360)
We always make Our Thin cut (3/4”) Pork Chops in the Frying Pan, because they don’t get dried out that way.
However I decided to give the Air Fryer a shot at it. They came out Great too!!
I just put them in my Crisper Basket, set @ 350°, and at 30 minutes.
Then I checked at 20 minutes, and not quite done, so I went to 25 minutes & they were all done.
Meanwhile Mrs Bear made us some HomeFries to go with the Pork Chops, and some Green Beans.
I love the way she makes HomeFries. She Bakes them first, then pulls the skins off, cuts them up & Pan-Fries them. I like them browned more, but this time My Pork Chops were Done & I was Hungry!!
Then the second night, I cut the Leftover Pork Chop up in Bite-sized pieces, arranged them in a circle, on my plate, and Nuked them with some of Jeff’s BBQ sauce on them. I always arrange things like this in a circle to get them all done evenly. Works Great !!!
That’s about it for now,
Bear
