Hi y'all I have two Chargrillers, Weber kettle, Big Chief for my salmon, and  the Orion charcoal cooker. I did a 8lb bone in Boston Butt for friends last Sat. I put a 50-50 yellow, cajun mustard with Grill Mates sweet and smoky rub. I let it set in the fridge for 24hrs. took it out to room temp. I was short on time so I got out the Orion, used apple and cherry for smoke. I thought I should cook for 4hrs. but checked it at 3hrs.50min. the internal temp was 203. Took it out and foiled it for 45min. while I finished my sides. I made a doctored up Sweet Baby Rays with some grilled bell pepper, onion, garlic, a couple of chipotle peppers in adodo for a side sauce. It almost fell apart just by looking at it. It was so moist, and goooood! This little cooker keeps blowing me away with how fast and simple it is. To me it's as good if not better than my low and slow indirect cook on my Chargriller. Like I say just another great tool to BBQ. Try it, you just might like it!
