Pork Butt smoke

Been over a month since Ive had a legit smoke

Have the Yoder prepped for 14lbs of Pork Butt and some Pork belly as a mid-day snack

That is some real good looking meaty belly.

Yeap, I agree, everything looks good so far. I never smoked a pork belly. So, i’m curious how your going to smoke that.
