Got a small 3.3lb butt heading for the kettle tomorrow.

Rubbing down tonight with Harry Soo all purpose.

Cover and fridge overnight. Going to spritz with apple juice/kraken spice rum mix

Perfect size butt,we always end up tith a 7 or 8 lb butt & end up freezing most of it. But I have To say it’s just as good out of the freezer & into hot water in a vac bag as it is coming off the smoker!

Its getting close.
The temp of the kettle is holding pretty good between 250/275, better close the bottom vents down some.

Butt IT is at 172

Looks great. I havent tried a long smoke in my kettle yet.
