We do a ton of pulled pork tacos like this. I make lots of pork and then vac seal in 12oz, 1lb or 2lb bags. Pull out of the freezer, nuke for a minute or two, swap into a bowl/container, add something like some meat church fajita seasoning and heat the rest of the way. Makes awesome tacos, enchies, quesadillas, flautas, etc. Good stuff!
