Did a 9.5lb pork butt in my mes 30 overnight Friday and ended up throwing in a rack a baby back ribs Saturday morning. I figured I got the smoker on and a few racks in the freezer so why not, lol. I did this for my daughter and nephews combined birthday party. Everything was great and I did find out that the ribs were much better and tender with the higher temp of 250 I was using to cook the butt. I usually do the ribs around 225.
