I got the PB Series 5
I made pulled belly. Not very happy with the final as the belly really shrank up not leaving to much meat.

yeah I could imagine with all the fat it would shrink a lot, but I bet the flavor was great. it looks good from here
I would imagine the flavor to be out of this world though?
It can happen to the best. Always that chance that it won't turn out just right. But still looks mighty good.
