You can use any dry rub or sauce you like. I chose these.

I get my pork belly at the mexican butcher. Im sure the bog box store has better quality

I cut the skin off, you dont have to.

Cube the pork. I just eyed it.

Put a nice amount of the dry in a zip lock with the cubes, mix well.

I did the pork in 2 batches. Air crisp at 350* in the Foodi for 15 mins each batch.

Stir before crisp at 400*
