Great looking smoke!!!! That is a boat load of work in this kind of weather....... I know all about the weather part up here lol, and we just got another 4" of snow overnight.... But I need to do some smoking this weekend I'm thinking.....

Pop's your correct it is a northern thing said:
Yes!

People still think I'm crazy for saying you can always put more on when you're cold, but working in the buff gets you a written warning, lol. That's a good looking meat lover's fatty there, gmc. Did you have any trouble getting the sauce to stay in it? Last one I did with sauce I put the sauce and fried cheese inside a soft flour burrito shell to hold it together a bit better. The shell just soaked up held extra fat that would likely have dripped off otherwise. Point for snow cooking! We haven't had too much this year in PA, I haven't earned my polar bear badge yet for the season.

That fattie looks amazing! Got me drooling all over keyboard! Great job.. POINT for sure

It' still a novelty to me seeing snow in the yard of everyone haha ive only ever actually seen snow once in real life

Thanks for the like Nate. Appreciate it. I love the snow it's the bitter cold and wind I could do without.

Very nice stuff..
Like the Brittany Spaniel also..

Wait... no mention of onion here.

Thanks Rings, sorry I forgot there were onions in the meatloaf.

I’m really liking that Meat Lovers Fatty! Like for you!

Great smoke Chris!! Everything looks real good, but that Meat Lovers Fatty looks downright fantastic.
It really does belong on the carousel.

Thanks Ab, with the weather we've been getting recently Saturday felt like mid-summer. Good luck with the 4 additional inches of snow. We're looking at another warmer weekend coming up. Unfortunately I have to work

Thanks for the point zerowin, I changed things up a little this time. instead of using sliced cheese I used shredded and mixed the sauce into the cheese. It seemed to hold the sauce in the fatty really well. no real leakage.

Chris
